Do any of youi live in a state where the state law "defines" certain
kinds of airguns as "firearms"?
If the intention of the Michigan legislature was to encourage or
require people to use the same sefety procedures with airguns as with
firearms, I have no argument with that. While I disagree with any and all
kinds of "registration" of small arms, I think it is no more unreasonable to
require registration of my Crosman Model 1377 than any other handgun. It
is, accordingly, duly registered with the state of Michigan.
