Re: [guntotingliberals] installing gun cabinet in madular house

I had a similar situation with my place, so I cut a couple 2x4s the same
length as the width of my gun cabinet, then screwed them into the wall
studs (used an electronic stud finder from Lowe's) so I wouldn't have to
line up the mounting holes in my gun cabinet with the studs. Once I had
the 2x4s solidly mounted to the wall, I placed the gun cabinet against
them and secured it with heavy duty wood screws.

As far as pistol safes are concerned, I have a GunVault Multi-vault, and
its been great. They have mounting holes in the bottom and rear of the
safe, and the keypad feature is pretty nifty.

If the Multi-vault is too big to be mounted on top of your StackOn, I
believe they make a Mini-vault that would fit just fine.

Cheers,

Brandon
