The Shire of Black Hawk invites any and all merchants whose wares pertain, however loosely, to the subject of W-A-R to mark well the date of April 21, 2007.

For on that day the Shire will study, practice for, and celebrate such mighty struggle at WarFaire II, scheduled again in bucolic Leaf River, IL. (Wherezat? you ask. Googleth it up, milord; we didn’t know four years ago, either, and now we live here.)

A limited number of 8-ft indoor spaces (tables included!) are available for $3 each – no more than 2 per vendor, please. If you are willing to gamble upon our Notorious Illinois Weather, of course, you are welcome to set up shop on the lawn outside.
