This Saturdays seniors class will feature
Michael Coughlin Sensei who will demonstrate and teach from his research
into Cumann Bhata (Irish Stick) together with Tim Hanlon, this will be
followed by tanninzugake practice.

Also John Ward Sensei is in town next week, I've asked him to teach at South
Bank dojo evening classes ...fingers crossed he is available.
