Dear Sunday class goers,

 I wish to add 30 minutes to the class making it 2 hours 30 mins. total. It would either be 9.30 a.m. to 12. or  10 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

This will start on Sunday 18th January.

Feedback please on starting time !

Of course if you can only do 2 hrs. you can leave early.

This Sunday 11th January will be as usual 10 a.m.to 12.

Please be there early enough to have the mats down and be seated ready to start class at 10 !
