It is worthwhile to mention that students at ALL LEVELS ( i.e. all belts - whether white or color, junior or senior) are welcome to attend the Maruyama Sensei seminar and from personal experience I can honestly say that it is a worthwhile and enjoyable experience. 2. Tony Neal Sensei Saturday afternoon class cancelled
Tony Neal would like to advise that Saturday afternoon classes at Capalaba dojo are cancelled until further notice. This is in part due to low attendance numbers.
No prior experience in life modeling is required, but obviously the role would suit someone who is not introverted and is comfortable holding the one position for various lengths of time. The maximum length of time without break is 20 minutes (but we are really very flexible!). Use of traditional/ training costume and/ weapons would be a bonus.
These sessions go for 2 hours and we are willing to pay the model ($25/hr)"
