Good news for the 3rd financial year in a row mat fees will not increase, however as previously discussed, Mat fees for CASH payments will increase from July 1, 2007

The above increase only applies to cash payments, to help with book keeping costs. Please help your club executive by choosing ezi-debt. Ezi Debit payments will remain the same -

Ezi Debit - Questions and Answers
Direct debit is a great way to manage your cash. By doing so, you can pay all your regular bills and spend / save what is left over. We ask all Nathan club members to be paying by direct debit by the first week in June. It helps manage your cash flow and it helps your club. I have been receiving a variety of questions about the new direct debit system (Ezi Debit) so to help you I have put together a few typical questions and answers. If you have a question or concern, please talk to me at training or email me on gary@garyweigh.
Q. Do I have to wait until the start of the month to start Ezi Debit?
A. No! You can start on any day of the month that best suits you but remember that in the month that you commence Ezi Debit, you must still pay for your training between the 1st of the month up until the day you choose to start Ezi Debit. So if you commence Ezi Debit regular payments on, say, 26th May you must still pay for your training from 1st May up to 25th May. You can pay this ‘once only’ gap payment by making an additional ‘once only’ direct debit (see your form or ask
Q. Once I commence Ezi Debit, am I locked in forever?
A. No, it is an extremely flexible system. If you decide to take a break from training, just send me an email and I will stop your payments on-line. If you are going on holidays or you are sick or injured, just let me know and I can cancel or suspend payments for as long as you require. Remember that you don’t have to choose the ‘until further notice’ option. You can choose a fixed number of payments and do Ezi Debit in lots of 6 months (minimum).
Q. What if my training routine varies from month to month? For example, I select the lite monthly fee option ($35 / $25) one month and then full training fee option ($70 / $50) the next month?
A. Simply direct debit the part you know is constant (i.e. the lite fee) and pay Jutta the difference in cash each month that you are able to choose full training.
Q. My pay day is (e.g.) Thursday and that is the only time I have money in my account. Can I organise to have the money taken from my bank account only on a Thursday?
A. Yes, you simply start the direct debit on your next payday Thursday and from then on, you can make your payments match your pay cycle. For example, you can choose weekly payments if your payday is weekly or fortnightly or 4-weekly, so that the money will always come out on a Thursday. If you choose weekly payments, simply divide your monthly fee by 4 and if you choose fortnightly payments, divide your monthly fee by 2.
Q. My income is irregular, all my bills are paid on a Friday and whatever is in my account on Saturday, I spend. Can Ezi Debit still work for me?
A. Yes, commence Ezi Debit on any Friday and choose the weekly payment option (monthly payment divided by 4) to help organise your cash flow.
See you at training
Best wishes
