Hello everyone

Attached are the minutes from the Special General meeting which voted to approve incorporation for our club.

An application will be made shortly to the Office of Fair Trading to incorporate our club, which will probably process the application and approve our incorporation sometime in the next eight weeks.  Members won’t notice any difference in our day-to-day operation, but it is a significant and very positive step in the continued evolution of our club.

I’d like to express my appreciation, on behalf of the GUAC executive, for your patience as we have progressed through this process, and your acceptance of the extra notices and emails and meetings which have been required as we comply with State Government requirements.
