The following 'RAW' short courses are open to female participants and introduce the martial art of aikido - no prior experience is necessary. This programme is run in conjunction with the Brisbane City Council through their RAW - Real adventure women programme.

RAW AIKIDO
Nathan campus
Often called the ‘art of peace’, aikido has no attacking moves. Learn to
harmonize with your opponent, using their strength against them. Session
