Hi Everyone,I just thought I better mention to those who are planning to stay overnight in the dojo, what the plans for the weekend entail. As the party held in the dojo on Saturday night finshes at 12:00pm, we will have to have a clean-up afterwards to get it ready for the grading on Sunday. This means that anyone staying in the dojo will only be able to bring sleeping gear in after the clean-up around 1:00am. The grading begins on Sunday morning at 10:00am. There is likely to be a number of anxious students keen for a bit of practice prior to the event, so the dojo will need to be empty of sleeping gear by about 8:30.As all of this may make staying in the dojo a bit difficult, I thought I had better give due warning in case those planning to stay wish to make alternative accommodation plans. As far as tents go, it depends on the weather.Several alternatives, should you decide to seek accommodation elsewhere are:Belongil Fields (they have self-contained cabins and camping (though this will be wet too in the case of rainy weather)www.planula.com.au The bed and breakfast next to the dojoMost importantly, we are really excited to hear that so many are coming down for the grading and our farewell get together. The past 16 years here have been a very special time for both of us and it will be great to see so many of you before we leave for the next big adventure. Once again, everyone is welcome to stay in the dojo. I just wanted to make sure that everyone understands what the schedule will be. Best wishes, Valerie
