A reminder for you to attend the AGM if you possibly can, if not please
submit to me (d.james@...) a nomination of someone (who is
attending) as your nominated proxy (this can be anyone.. including me).
This is your big chance to have a say in how the club is run and food and
drinks will be provided.

SENIORS CLASS Saturday 5-7pm 16th Augest
Yes its almost the 3rd saturday in the month again, after flogging
ourselves silly last time with 2hrs or tanninzugake this time we will spend
the first hour doing kumijo practice followed by tanninzugake. I'd like to
invite all weapons students familiar with kumijo to attend this as well.
Afterwards should there be sufficient intrest we will go for a drink/dinner.

SEMINAR, 5-9th September Master Koretoshi Maruyama (student of O'Sensei)
A reminder that the seminar is fast approaching please contact Jutta
(dowdyjutta@...) if you want to stay in the house. Additionally

"For catering purposes, I need to get the approximate number of people who
will be attending the party on Saturday night. It will be held at the
Ewingsdale Hall, the same venue as last year. I'm sure it will be a great
night as the band has been practicing regularly for weeks now. The cost of
the party, which includes dinner is $15 per person. It is fine for
students to bring a partner. Can you please send a reply and let me know
if you are planning to attend the event on Saturday night. You can pay for
the party when they pay their seminar fee. I just need to know numbers at
