The new Aikido Yuishinkai Student Handbook by Michael Williams Sensei is
now completed and ready to go to the printer. It is 150 page comprehensive
book containing important information for Aikido Yuishinkai members and
those interested in learning more about Aikido Yuishinkai. Included are
segments on the history of Aikido, Maruyama Sensei, dojo ettiquette,
illustrated drawings of the warm-ups, yuki, grading syllabus for adult and
children, etc. I'm sure your students will find it a beneficial addition
to their aikido library. This book is written for the world group and is
not specific to Australia. It has been approved by Maruyama Sensei as the
official handbook.
The club is placing an advance order of this important handbook, I urge
every member to consider purchasing a copy. Please tell your instructor or
email me if you would like a copy reserved for you (Instructors can you
please email me the details of members wanting books). The book will cost
$20. I will place an order at the end of the week for the club.
