Hi all
It is that time again when well all have to put back in a little to the
club so we can continue training the way we like. In order for the club to
operate at a low cost we have to comply with certain rules & guide lines.
One of which is to conduct an Annual General Meeting, which requires all
Griffith Aikido members to attend. For most of the year the club
Executives are happy to do all the boring/unpaid admin work but this is
the only time that we really need you to be involved in the admin
side on the club & all you need to do is show up. It is not as boring as
you would think & it provide an opportunity to bring forward any ideas,
issues, problems or grievances with the way the club is run & to meet all
the other like-minded Aikido enthusiasts.

The agenda will include:-
-Confirmation of the Minutes of the previous AGM.
-President's report, & report from other club executives.
-Presentation of the financial statement of previous financial year (2001-
2002).
-Election of club executive positions.
-General business.

As a member, you are invited to submit your own items to be included in the
agenda. Remember this is your club & it is important for have your say in how
it is run.

Please come to the Southbank dojo at 7:00pm on Thursday 7th August. Food
& drinks will be provided.
