Next Friday night the 6th Aug I will be giving the senoir's class on Ba
Gua techniques & concepts relating to Aikido that I have learnt over the
last year with Geoff Sweeting & Master Wang Tong. Some of what I will
cover will be: wrist & arm locking drills, foot locks & tactics relating
to atemi. For the purpose of the class I would suggest that you come in gi
pants & t-shirts. Hope to see you there.
