I would love to have a practice tonight.  I know the school is closed
to us but could we use the blacktop out back?  Perhaps the B-ball court
at Pimmit Park?  Any interest in any of the above or a alternate site?
The temp. is supposed to be about 50.  Grassy fields will be snow
covered or too muddy.

Please respond if you would like to practice tonight.
I am sure we can find a way. ;)

The week of Valentines Day there will be no Monday fighter practice in
Storvik. The church we use hosts a rotating homeless shelter during the
winter and that is the week St Andrews church is the host. The hall we use
for practice will be filled with cots and the like for the homeless.

So we have practice this week and next, then we take a Monday off. No
practice Monday, February 12, 2007.

For Sundays Frederick practice.  Looks like we are in for lots of rain
Sunday.  If we have a large amount of rain tonight and/or if it is
raining at 11AM on Sunday, practice will be cancelled.

While there is some interest in a melee practice for 1/14, enough
people will be at or traveling from Kingdom 12th night that I do not
think it is practical.  My practice in Frederick will be happening as
will the normal Pimmit Park Sunday practice.

We will be having armored combat at Storvik Investiture January 20, weather
permitting. We have a limited amount of space outside so the ground
condition of that one plot of land and the weather forecast for Saturday
will be used to make a determination on Friday January 19. There will be a
post to the Merry Rose on that Friday as to whether or not we will be
fighting at the event. If the determination can be made earlier it will and
posted to the Merry Rose as early as Thursday before the event.

You realize that is the Sunday after 12th Night, which is in
Charlotte?  Not saying you won't get folks, but it will certainly
affect attendance.  I can't make that day.
