Depending on exactly what you're looking for, a lot of covered recumbents would
be considered velomobiles. Just do a search for velomobile and lots of things
will pop up.

They are very cool, sleek, and protect against the weather. They would be great
for lots of things, although, they are expensive, and no companies make tandems
version (a requirement for me).

Many of these are custom projects, but there are a few that are in production.
One version that seems to be readily available is the Go-One
