Thanks for your reply. I called the GOBA hotline and they said that
every evening at the campground/tent guest location(s) there is a
designated area where the hotel guests put their bikes in a secure
locked location. I asked if it was feasible to ride our bike to the
hotel and I was told that in most cases the hotel is "pretty far
away" and it would not be practical to do so.
So, for anyone taking the hotel package you might want to consider
bringing your own lock to lock up your bike inside the secure area.
As for the luggage I was informed that in the past the hotel guests
load their baggage on the bus, but that things change each year so it
could be different this year.
