Blake is not riding XOBA this year. Like last year their troop's boy
scout summer camp is the same week.

We will have to see if there is another time we might meet up on a
ride so he can tag you. He has been waiting for a loooonnnnggg
time! He had dyed his hair before GOBA (it was more orange than
blond) and he was sure he would be able to catch up to you before you
recognized him.
