OK, some folks would say this is a sign. First, two teammates have to drop out for various reasons. So two other members of Team Blind Faith step up to race and now two members of our support crew have to drop out, something about finals and owning a business. UGH! The real life. Why can't we all just race for a living and hang out in the woods doing what we love to do ????
In any case, we have too many cold Blind Faith Beers waiting for us at the finish line to back out. We do have a support person but would love to see if we can add another. As usual, all expenses are paid for as thanks. Hotel, meals, gas and of course as many Blind Faith & Red Bull you can swallow.
Our game plan is to arrive at Sunday River on the 20th. Two teammates are driving up from CT on the 20th. I will be going to Portland, ME from Killington, VT on the 19th to pick up our solo newbie support person and enjoy the nightlife of Portland and then driving up to Sunday River on the 20th as well. If you are anywhere within that loop we would be more than happy to pick you up or meet you somewhere in-between.
