Is anyone interested in participating in a Winter Training Race in
Hardwick during February? Get ready for the Frigid Infliction by
tackling some of the wilderness up here. We have miles of trails (both
groomed and not) and lots of area to play in. I'm looking for interest
before putting a course together. I figure somewhere between 4-6
hours, including snowshoing, skiing, hiking and maybe even some ropes
(and a few other surprises). If I can get enough interest, I'll put
together a custom course just for you.
Also... the Hardwick Area 8-10 hour Training Race for Spring 2009 is
scheduled (tenatively) for May 30. You'll want to do this one - one of
the most remote courses I've put together with stunning views and
awesome canoeing. I'll have more info in March.
