Untamed Adventure, LLC is excited to announce that Franconia, New
Hampshire will serve as the host venue for the 2008 Untamed New
England Adventure Race. The Franconia Inn will be the official hotel
of the event and host the race check-in and official race functions.
Nestled against the lofty White Mountains, the Franconia Inn is a
quintessential New England inn combining warm hospitality with a
dramatic wilderness location.

The 3-day Untamed New England Adventure race will challenge teams to
bike, paddle, trek, climb, and navigate the great woods of northern
New Hampshire. The race is non-stop and participants can expect to
dangle from ropes on sheer mountain cliffs, paddle pristine spring fed
waters, trek through vast trail systems, and bike staggering mountain
passes. Teams must cover the 200+ mile secret course under their own
power – no outside assistance is permitted.
