12-20 mi trekking/trail running (single track, double track, bush
whack)
45-50 mi mountain biking (hard surface, gravel, dirt, hike- bike and
single track)
20-25 mi paddling (slow moving, flat water)
navigation/orienteering (mileage included above - we have to leave
something secret!)
