Would you like to learn how to paddle a canoe or kayak in whitewater?
Once again this year, the Vermont Paddlers Club (VPC) will be hosting
a novice whitewater clinic. This is a great way to learn the
fundamentals of whitewater in a supportive environment with lots of
instruction and safety. The cost for the two-day clinic is only $75,
and any gear you need (boats, paddles, pfd, helmet, etc) is provided
for the weekend by the generosity of the VPC membership. This year's
clinic will be held on June 2 & 3 in and around Waterbury, VT.

I learned how to whitewater canoe at the clinic a few years ago, and
it was a fantastic experience. I highly encourage anyone who is
interested in learning how to paddle watercraft in whitewater to give
it a try.
