I am looking for a few hardy souls interested in hiking Mt Mansfield
for the Winter Solstice (Dec 21 at 7:22 pm). I am planning to leave
the trailhead on Stevensville Rd and go up Sunset Ridge. Start time
will depend on the group but I would like to reach the summit around
7:00 pm. Anyone interested should have full winter gear and be
prepared to spend an hour or so on the open summit. Please contact me
