Howdy AR fans!

The Bitter Pill is coming up quickly - August 12th, 12 hours of racing
in beautiful (and gnarly) Bolton Valley Vermont. We're looking for
volunteers and there are a few spots for racers open as well. Some
things you should know:

* The rappel is in, and its going to be a blast. Rappels are unusual
in a race of this length, and don't worry - we'll have enough ropes up
that there won't be any ugly bottlenecks.

* The post-race massage therapist has been signed up, and will be
there curing what ails you after the race. She's great - you want in!

* We've got a free race entry to the Ultimate Green Mountain AR, and a
half price entry to Racing Ahead's 24 hour NH race as prizes for top
teams.

* EMS is coming through with some *awesome* prizes for winning teams
and raffles. When I heard about a few of them I contemplated racing
myself, then realized I already knew the course and someone might
notice...

* Rappel and orienteering clinics the night before, a great
challenging race, great prizes... what are you waiting for? There are
still a few spots open, but you need to sign up quick - come on down!
