One month away from The Ultimate Adirondack Adventure Race - Race 2 of 3 in our 12 hour race series. This is the last opportunity for Championship teams to sign up for the Grand Prize of a Round Trip Airfare and entrance into Coast to Coast Challenge in Costa Rica. To be eligible for this prize a Championship team must enter in 3 out of the 4 races Ultimate Sports Association puts together in 2006. The four races include: Ultimate Whites 7/22, Ultimate 'Dacks 8/19, Ultimate Greens 9/3 and Ultimate 36hr race 10/6-9.
The Ultimate Adirondacks usually kicking off the Ultimate Adventure Race Series with a bang, in 2006 this 12 hour race will be the middle child of our three race series. Nestled in North Creek, NY, this race puts first day Adventure Racers running and biking next to seasoned veterans. As with all 12 hour Ultimate Races, two simultaneous courses allow beginners to compete next to veterans and cross the finish line together. This is our third year in the 'dacks and it proves to be an incredible playground. The Ultimate 'dacks has seen a 200ft rappel, double water crossings of a gorge on a zip line and cable bridge, fording the Hudson, incredible views, moonlit paddles on pristine lakes and a wilderness second to none. An ideal location for Adventure Racing as the diverse terrain opens the door for endless possibilities.

The deadline for registration is August 9th.
As with all Ultimate Adventure Races we limit the number of teams entered into our races to protect the environment. We attempt to put our racers in places not many people typically venture into and we believe in keeping those areas as protected as possible. Sending hundreds of racers through these wilderness area hurts these awesome playgrounds. So don't delay....enter today!
All net proceeds of Ultimate Adventure Races goes towards Ultimate Sports Association, a not for profit that helps under privilege youth athletes attend sports camps and outward bound type programs.
