This is the new discussion group for the Glasgow University Shorinji Kempo Club. This group allows members to communicate outwith training times with each other/committee members/instructors about whatever. It will also be used by the committee to keep members updated on social events/training seminars etc.

Shorinji Kempo is a fun and dynamic martial art incorporating striking, blocking, releases, throws and pinning techniques as well as other things such as meditation and massage.
