Since the present system calls for all living Hall members to vote
--about 64--there is really no one person to write to---I suggest
writing to Joe Morgan at the hall in Cooperstown--he is a hall
executive--and suggesting Gil be named the first recipient of the Buck
O'neil Humanitarian Award --all such recipients go into Hall & Gil would
be first for O'Neil award--otherwise we wait until 2010 & the vet
committee is 0-4 re getting anyone in.
