Hello Loyal Gil Fans,

I have been waiting for this moment for two years now. When I
first heard of the changes to the process of voting for the Veterans
Committee, and more specifically, the changes to the voters, I became
instantly excited! I felt then, and still feel now that this change
would be a huge step in getting Gil in his rightful
place.....Cooperstown!

I urge everyone now, regardless of faith, to please send a quick
prayer up for the deliverance of Gil in Cooperstown and the release
of the huge burden that has been Joan Hodges mind for all these many
years!

It is great to have this forum to speak in. I want Gil in the
HOF so bad it hurts! As a teen about 12 years ago, I thought I had
to be the only Gil fan out there.....that was before the
internet....I should have known all along that I was not the only one
who has "seen the light" as far as Gil goes.
