WHILE YOUR PLEA IS RECOGNIZED , I HAVE FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE FROM THE
HALL THAT ALL LETTERS TO HALL MEMBERS ARE BEING HELD AT THE HALL AND
NOT FOREWARDED TO THEM--ONLY UPON REQUEST WHATEVER THAT MEANS. I
THINK A FEW OF MY 60 GOR THRU AS SOME WERE MAILED BEFORE 12/12/2002.
REALIZE THAT THE VOTE WILL BE ANNOUNCED ON 2/26/2003 SO VOTING IS IN
