Iv'e been rough on all of you for your pessimism but I have to say that
although I never gave up and didn't miss a play, I had serious doubts
about whether we could turn it around. This was different than the
comeback wins last year. For three quarters, unlike last year, we were
horrible. I have been watching the Giants since 1953 and this was one of
the most satisfying regular season games I have seen in the 54 years. I
have an easy solution for how we can win every game we play. After the
National Anthem, hypnotize Manning and keep telling him we are down
seven with two minutes to go. It appears to me that Eli has the tools to
be a great quarterback, but for some reason appears not to concentrate
early in the game. He sure played well in the last two quarters. Even
the interception was a great pass under a fierce rush that Tiki should
have caught. The last pass to Burress was a great effort. He saw the
blitz coming, waited until the last possible second, and made a great
throw that only Plaxico could catch, the defender had no chance. I'm
glad that we didn't have to put Feely to the test :-)
Go, Giants!
Beat The Seahawks!
Get 'Em, Manning!
