The Giants signed quarterback Rob Johnson to compete with Tim
Hasselbeck, Jared Lorenzen and Josh Harris to be backup to Eli Manning.
I would imagine that this ends any chance of signing Terry Collins. The
Giants also terminated Peterson's contract. :-)
