I agree that these four players have had outstanding seasons, but if you
are talking pro bowl starters, the only one I can see is Shockey. Barber
will not start, Seattle's Alexander will. Burress likely won't be on the
team, losing out to Carolina's Smith, Washington's Johnson, Tampa Bay's
Galloway and maybe Arizona's Fitzgerald, even 'tho Burress has been
fantastic. Umenyiora is having a great year, but if Strahan makes the
team, will the Giants have two defensive ends as pro bowlers? I also
believe that Pierce and McKenzie deserve consideration. It's also very
interesting to consider who will be the NFC quarterbacks in the pro
bowl. The highest ratings belong to St Louis' Bulger, Dallas' Bledsole
and Seattle's Hasselback. I believe that Bledsole and Hasselback will be
on the team, with Washington's Brunell in the mix, leaving out Bulger. :-)
