If I had time I would come down and help you.....

Try the rec center and the city recrecreation department....

Ask the HS school coach.... maybe the high school has access to one...

It could even be private.... or part of a basketball court...

or ... get a net and a couple of tires... and make one use schedule 80 PVC from Home Depot.
