For those that are not familiar with the Indoor Ironman, panic not. I will draw up rules and such tonight.
Suffice it to say ... you have one week to complete an entire Ironman distance.... And NO, it does not HAVE to be INDOORS....... Not here in the sunny south anyway! :-)
