This group site is meeting and messaging point for members of the Oahu Gay Surf Club. All are welcome. When we meet, which is pretty rare these days (sad to say, our core group has diminished and scattered over the past 2-3 years--2005-06-07) we meet on Saturdays, on the grass just to the right of the Duke Kahanamoku Statue in Waikiki (right across from the Hyatt Regency). Meeting time varies from 930 AM to 11 AM, so you need to call one of us (or keep in touch via the messages on this website) as we decide each week's meeting time. If you've never surfed, we coach beginners. If you don't have a board, we can help you rent one.
