Thank you for helping me find volunteers for our upcoming events.  Please contact me if you have questions!

 

August 9 & 10 – 3v3 Kick It www.kickit3v3.com

This is a youth event and we are looking for the following:

·         need 10 volunteers on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. assisting with interactive games, handing out samples, etc. and posting scores.

·         need 10 volunteers on Sunday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. assisting with interactive games, handing out samples, etc. and posting scores

·         need 6 more volunteers on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. (assist with take down)

·         We need volunteers to work 4 hour blocks or more (8 til 12 and 12 til 4)

Hi Dani - This is Todd Carlson from the Gateway Sports Ministry.  I'm sure we could get some people to come and help with the tournament.  I've copied a few people who may have some additional ideas.  Can you tell us when the tournament is and where?

 

Betsy - When we get a date, do you think we could get a few people together from the Sports in Community group?

 

Todd - How about the Sports Small Group community?

 

Jeff - How about your soccer teams?
