It is with a heavy heart that I share with you that Coach Joe's wife, Barbara, passed away on Monday Dec. 29th after a long battle with heart disease. Joe and his family have gone up to Marietta, Ohio for the services which are on Tuesday and Wednesday. Flowers have been sent to the funeral home on behalf of GAR.
