Hey Novice Rowers,
 
We have 3 people signed up for the novice row on this Saturday December 1st at 10:30 am - we only need 1 more person to sign up so the boat can go out.
 
Please sign up by tomorrow (Friday) at 6 pm so we can figure out if this boat will get on the water or not.
 
For those of you who took the last class this can be one of your two practice rows you have already paid for.
 
For those of you who are still considered novice rowers and are rowing remember the coaching fee is $10 -

P.S. The workouts with Justin on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:15 pm are open to everyone and they are awesome erg workouts - lots of fun too!!! Good cardio and stretching for about 35-45 minutes at your own pace................ and only $5 per session too!!! Thanks Justin for being such an awesome coach!!!
