Let's say, i'm a tractor puller and I'm going to produce a tire that resembles
the firestone bar tire. It's gonna be called the "The best tractor pulling tire
ever TIRE!" It looks very similar to the firestone bar tire that is no longer
for sale.
Can you please tell me if my new hypothetical tire it's a legal
"non-professoinal" tire? Or is it a "pro" tire?
I completely understand which tires currently on the market are consider pro and
which ones are not, but without a definition, this doesn't help us tomorrow.

basicly heating it and drying it. you take the oil out. but thats usually on the
top surface's. when you recut the tire you go into new rubber. it will measure
different again. you don't use a different rubber in the sidwall vs. the face of
the tire. so why don't you just set a rule for curcumfrence. All L&G tires are
smaller. so set a 78 in circumfrence rule. do what you want to the tire. if you
streach it to far its no longer legal. its hard to shrink a pro tire because
they always like to streach back out. all the pro series tires are larger than
80 in. most larger than 83.The VM's are smallest at 81. simple. cloth or soft
ruler will do such as the ones a seamstress use's. they are available at
Wal-mart. most rules I'm familiar with say no Pro Tires ie Cepek, Lawn Tec.
Pitbull, VM. What are You actually afraid of? someone making a Pro L&G tire?
like the small VM? you could always state what tire you can run. such as
Firestone , Carlyle , Duro.
