when you enter the page that asks you to put your credit card info
HERE ! that page should be in the secure encryption mode. when it
does,,, depending on what version of windows internet explorer you
are useing, a gold lock will show up like magic. either on the top
of the browser or the lower bar of the browser. and if you click on
it..... the gold lock will tell you that you are now in 128 bit
secure encryption mode. if you are on a page that the gold lock does
not magicly appear, then you are not on a secure web page. and you
should NEVER put ANY personal info on that web page.
one more thing about that web site selling VISTA real cheap.
the VeriSign symbol you see on that web site is not active. WHICH
means, the person who designed this web site is trying to trick you
into thinking he is playing by the rules.
if he was playing by the rules, that little symbol would be an active
link to www.verisign.com
only an active link is allowed by verisign, and its only allowed if
you really are playing by the rules.
you need to spread this message around too !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You need to think about this .If it looks to good to be real then its
probably not.
