The first meeting of the 2005 pulling season will be at the Fire
station on Hwy T in Centralia on December 5th at 1:00 p.m.
Directions to the fire station from Hwy 22 turn North on street
right in front of McDonalds and go to Hwy T turn right, fire station
is on the right. Soup and Chili will be provided. Bring your own
drinks and anything you want to go with it.

One vacancy exists on the BOD, the BOD will meet prior to the member
meeting on the 5th to fill this slot per our bylaws.




Some of the items anticipated to be discussed on the 5th.

Rule Books and any changes to be made. The rule books are locked in
for 3 years regarding setup of tractor with the exception of safety
and/or lineup or type of class.

Sled improvements

Finances-Our insurance for 2005 has gone up to $1650. With only 7
pulls in 2004 this will leave us with a small balance after
insurance is paid.

MO Assn of Fairs convention: Do we want to participate? We will
have details by the meeting date. Date of Convention is Jan 28-30
at the Lodge of the Four Seasons, Lake of the Ozarks. Costs and
other details are unknown. Check your calendar to see if you can
help if we decide to set up a booth.

Letters to 25 potential pull sponsors have been sent. If you know
of an individual, organization or fair that you think might be
interested in sponsoring a pull, contact me. I will either send you
a contract to present or send out a letter.
