The end of the year banquet will be held at the lions club in
Higbee,nov 22,2003, at 6p.m. The higbee communty betterment is
furnishing the meat.The association will furnish solf
drinks,tea,coffee,and bread. Every one is asked to bring a dish of
their choice to complete the meal. We will give points awards for the
year and have election of officers for 2004 pulling season.
