tractors.

Class Rules
Stock:
1. Age limit on class participation: New Rule 2002-5 years old
physically capable of being in full control of their tractor at all
times unassisted. Anyone who has participated in the class in the
past is exempt from this rule. New Rule 1998.
2. Light Weight Class: 950 lb. Heavy Weight Class: 1050 lb.
Amended in 1997.
3. Engine must have stock stroke.
4. Stock parts only.
5. no porting, polishing, headwork, cam grinding, and/or cam
twisting. New Rule 1999.
6. May mill heads as long as the combustion chamber and valve
area are not changed. (new Rule 2003). May mill heads as long as
the combustion ring is present and valve area is not changed.
(Amended 2003.)
7. May run stock exhaust or straight pipe.
8. Stock pin height. Stock rod may be inserted.
9. No after market rods.
10. Stock head.
11. Stock OEM frame. You cannot move either the front axle from
the stock position or the rear axle from the stock position. The
engine must be in OEM position relative to the front axle. New Rule
2002.
12. Non-stock grills are allowed New Rule 1997.
13. Helmets Optional. Fire extinguishers are mandatory.
Enclosed shoes are mandatory. Sandals or holes in shoes anywhere
are not allowed.
14. Stock Production: non-altered cams only. Maximum for 2
cylinders is 48 cubic inches, and 38 cubic inches for single-
cylinder. New Rule 1999.
15. "Locked" or "Live" rear axles are allowed. New Rule 1998.
16. Fuel must be gasoline only. (0.750 specific gravity
maximum) New Rule 1999.
17. May change gears and use heavy duty clutches. New Rule 2000.
18. Electric fuel pumps are not allowed. New Rule 1999.
19. All tractors must be equipped with a Dead man Throttle.
20. Stock Production, non-altered cams. Maximum displacement
not to exceed .30 over bore.
21. Engine 20 Horsepower and under no parts allowed in engine
bigger than 20 HP all parts must be 20 HP and under and must meet
OEM specs (Amended 2003)
22. Engine RPM must be governor controlled. Maximum RPM limited
to advertised engine Horsepower rating:
14 hp and under at 4,000 RPM
Over 14 HP up to 16 HP and single cylinder 18 HP at
3,600 RPM
Anything over 16 HP (except one cylinder 18 HP) must be at
3,500 RPM (new Rule 2003)
Stock Altered:
1. Age limit on Class Participation: 10 years old and
physically capable of being in full control of their tractor at all
times unassisted. Anyone who has participated in this class in the
past is exempt from this rule. New Rule 1998.
2. Light Weight Class: 950 lb Amended 1997. Heavy Weight
Class: 1050 lb.
3. Frames standard. Frames must retain stock length.
4. Can move the front axles.
5. Super carbs allowed (1.2 ventura maximum) No boat carbs
allowed. Carburetor adjustment screw can be move from factor
position. Amended 2003.
6. May use standoff, velocity stacks, bigger valves to be
ported and polished. Must be stock stroke, must use stock appearing
head.
7. Reworked, stock appearing cabs are allowed-1.2 Ventura
Maximum.
8. Maximum bore allowed is .060 over plus 0.20 cleanup
9. Engine can be no larger than 37.44 cubic inches. New rule
2003.
10. Can use electric fuel pump and regulator.
11. May use cheater camps up to .385 maximum lift.
12. Fuel must be gasoline only (0.750 specific gravity max) New
Rule 1999.
13. Fire extinguishers are mandatory. Helmets and fire suits
are optional. New Rule 201.
14. All tractors must be equipped with Dead Man Throttle.
15. 12 hp stock altered: All rules apply for the 12 hp engine.
Amended 2003.
Super Stock:
1. Age limit on class participation: 12 years old and
physically capable of being in full control of their tractor at all
times unassisted. Anyone who has participated in this class in the
past is exempt from this rule. New Rule 1998.
2. Light Weight Class: 1000 lb Heavy Weight Class: 1050 lb
New Rule 2001
3. Can use bigger valves, be ported and polished with relieved
exhaust, can use after market camshafts, intake, standoffs, and
velocity stacks, after marked rod, piston and head.
4. Bore 0.60 over .020 cleanup and overhauling (16 HP Koehler
5. Carburetor limitation. 1.2 Ventura maximum. No variance.
6. Super carb, boat carb, no motorcycle or snowmobile carbs.
7. Engine can be no larger than 37.44 cubic inches (new rule
2003)
8. Racing gas with maximum of 0.750 specific gravity is allowed.
9. Can use electric fuel pumps. No compressed fuel. Can run
on alcohol. (new Rule 1999) No nitro methane.
10. Stock stroke crankshafts.
11. After market blocks are allowed as long as they conform to
the rules of this class. New Rule 1999.
12. Fire extinguisher and helmets are mandatory. Fire suites
are mandatory with alcohol tractors only. New ruel 2001.
13. All tractors must be equipped with a dead man throttle.
Modified (no changes 2003)
1. Age limit on class participation: 12 years old and
physically capable of being in full control of their tractor at all
times unassisted. Anyone who has participated in this class in the
past is exempt from this rule. New Rule 1998.
2. Light weight class: 1000 lb amended 1998. Heavy weight
class: 1050 lb
3. Can move the front axle.
4. Engine can be no larger than 50.5 cubic inches. 8.28 cc's.
5. Open naturally aspirated induction with a limit of 1.20 inch
Ventura on dual stock appearing carbs. New Rule 2002.
6. Fuel: alcohol, alcohol/nitro mix.
7. Helmets, fire suits, and fire extinguishers are mandatory.
8. All tractors must be quipped with a dead man throttle.
Motorcycles 725 cc's and under.
1. Age limit 10 years of age physically capable of being in
full control of tractor at all times unassisted.
2. Light weight class: 1100 lb Heavy weight class 1200 lb
3. Helmets and fire extinguishers mandatory.
4. Fuel open
5. Naturally aspirated engines only
6. Fire suits mandatory with alcohol fuel
7. Tractors must have a hood to cover the width of the frame
from the dash to the grill
8. All tractors must be equipped with dead man throttle.
Motorcycles 725 cc's and UP:
1. Age limit on class participation. New rule 2002. 10 years
old physically capable of being in full control of their tractor at
all times unassisted. Anyone who participated in this class in the
past is exempt from this rule. New rule 1998.
2. Light Weight Class: 1200 lb Heavy weight class 1300 lb
new rule 2001
3. Helmets and fire extinguishers are mandatory.
4. Fuel: Open, anything
5. Naturally aspirated engines only.
6. Fire suits are mandatory when using alcohol.
7. Tractors must have a hood to cover the width of the frame
from the dash to the grill. New rule 2001.
8. All tractors must be equipped with a dead man throttle.
Four Cylinder:
1. Age limit on class participation: 14 years old physically
capable of being in full control of their tractor at all times
unassisted. Anyone who has participated in this class in the past
is exempt from this rule. New rule 1998.
2. Light weight class 1300 lb Heavy weight class 1400 lb
3. Must have lockout device to keep tractor from starting in
gear.
4. Must have either a scatter blanket or a mimimun 3/8 inch
steel cover over bell housing unless SFI certified. U-joints should
also be shielded. New rule 2002.
5. Allow turbo or blower motors.
6. No cc limit with naturally aspired engines.
7. Limit cc's to 2500 with turbo and blow motors
8. Anything 4 cylinder goes.
9. Helmets and fire extinguishers are mandatory; fire suits are
mandatory when using alcohol.
10. All tractors must be equipped with a dead man throttle.
V-8 rules are follows:
1. Age limit on V-8 class participation 18 years of age and
physically in control of tractor at all times with no assistance.
2. Weight limit: Light class 1500 lb and heavy class 1600 lb
3. Must have lock out device to keep tractor from start in gear.
4. Must have eight a scatter blanket or a minimum 3/8 inch
steel cover ober bell housing unless S>F>I> certified.
5. No cc limit, small block only. No blower/turbo naturally
aspired only.
6. Helmets and fire extinguishers are mandatory. Fire suits
are mandatory when using alcohol.
7. All tractors must be equipped with a dead man throttle.
8. Rear tire size is 26 x 12 x 12.
9. Fuel open. No nitrous oxide fuel.
10. Hitch draw bar height is 13 in.
11. Draw bar-1" plate steel minimum, 1 ½" and maximum of 2"
diameter hole. 1" from the back edge of the draw bar with 3/8
minimum cable around the diameter of the hole. The hitching device
must be stationary of all movement-Strictly enforced.
12. Harmonic balances-minimum 1" plate 360 degree around ¼
material with one 1 x ¼ material across face or minimum of four 1 x
¼" tabs.
13. U-Joints and driveline must be sielded with minimum 1" plate
360 degree around with a minimum of ¼" material, attach by two
points.
14. Chassis-over all width 60" including tire length.
15. Skid plate 2" x 4" plate material 1/8 minimum attach to
frame in two points, one on each side within 6" of front tire.

Open Class:
1. 15" tires max in open class.
