The 2009 Carolina Fleche finish has been set. The finish will be the
back deck of the West Apt
The Geneva Riverside Lodging and Gathering Place
located on Hwy. 64/74-A
between Chimney Rock Village and Lake Lure, North Carolina
Note: Mapquest and Google do not show the location properly when you
use the motel address!

I will have one of the larger rooms for Fri/Sat night. There will bike
parking outside the room on the riverside deck where you can rest some
and finish up your Fleche paperwork. There is also a Tiki Bar and deck
area. You can get breakfast and lunch at the motel. There is a grassy
area along the river and lounge chairs around the pool. Sorry, but this
year you are on your own for room reservations. The Geneva is an ok
place for small inexpensive rooms

Please remember that for some Fleche Teams, it may work well for you to
start near the finish and do a loop for your route.
