Mark - you might have helped me decide. The only race
I've run that size is the Peachtree Roadrace, but I'm
always qualified for the first timed group, so I've
never had to deal with the mob. Boston will be
different - I'll be a very small frog in a very big
pond! I see that all the suggested hotel rooms are
already sold out for the marathon. I might end up in
the Holiday Inn in Newton where BMB starts - it's on
the green line and not that hard to get to Boston. The
Atlanta course is, indeed, hilly, so I have no fears
there. It's just the idea of trying to train in the
winter. I'm signed up for the ING georgia Marathon in
March, which I'll use as a training run. IF I decide
to do it.
