Huck-Us-Poke-Us Hat Tournament Savannah,Ga Oct 31, Nov 1
Reviving the tradition of raucous fun playing ultimate in Savannah, and offering some post-season play for the rest of us.
Juicy bits: fantastic fields; non-playing TDs; costume party with local microbrews, live music and cornhole; spirit prizes; Huck-us Poke-us contest; pokey for possession; proceeds to charity and to fund future Huck-us Poke-us; great weather; seriously haunted city; and costumed revelers. Costumes on the fields encouraged (conducive to ultimate, ability to go light or dark); at the party, strongly encouraged.

- Location: Forsyth Park
- Registration: $25 ($30 if postmarked after 10.23 or received on-site). Complete and return registration form (below).
- Party: Blowin' Smoke BBQ. Kegs of Moon River Brewing beer provided. Live band and cornhole. Eat there, or wherever, then head downtown to join the crowds.
- Lodging: TBD.

Citizens field is huge, sure it has it's hazards, but so does Russian Roulette so at least it could be worse.
Citizen's is located on NW 8th ave, one block east of Waldo Rd. take a left at the community center and look for a skate park.
Either way, Citizen's has treated us well and it will bring us plenty of great frisbee. See you there! |
