WE HAVE MOVED!
This week we are going to try to go on campus as is our usual summer hangout. But a slight difference is that we are going to try our Lake Alice Field. This field is located across from Frat Row directly off of Museum Rd. For a map go to http://campusmap.ufl.edu/ and search for "Lake Alice Field". Parking should be plentiful directly across the street as the frats should have few if anyone around.
BUT WHY?
Why you ask, are e moving? After all, you can not beat the parking or field space of Citizens. You can beat however the grass spurs, and the creepy dirt that may or may not have caused some strange medical conditions.
I went and checked out Lake Alice Field and it is very nice. Has better grass, flat and nice trees all around to block both harsh sun and wind. I even did a fly over (seriously) and from 1,200 feet, it looked very green. That is just about all you can tell from that height.
Anyways, come play. The weather is nice, we have a shiny new field, and chances are you have not been out in a while. Hope to see you there.
