You should see the knife fights between NASA and YMCA soccer over the Noonday fields.
Now that's a show to watch.
 
Coaches have to get a hold of the contracts to prove to the others that they really do have the field.

  Ignorance is Bliss.  Until you volunteer your time to this league, know all the politics involved, know how hard it is for us to get fields in general, understand there's no centralized place that lists all the events of every field, every day, that most of us have jobs and family to tend to that aren't related to this, then yeah, you'll always be disappointed.  Since I do realize all previously stated, I feel we are some of the luckiest people to have such a setup and league!

I have a hard time accepting that this was breaking news. As I said, I asked the question yesterday because I had been told both Mud Creek and Hubert were tied up with Youth leagues this week by the referee assigner I work for. I guess the "contract" doesn't mean anything. Trying to get word to my team now less than two hours beforehand, but guess nothing surprises me with this league anymore.

BTW, I know this is not your fault, you passed it on when you were informed, but no one associated with this league has ever seemed to accept blame for how things are run. End of vent! :)

Mud Creek is being used for youth tryouts tonight. Noonday 9 and 11 have been made available for us to use tonight instead.... 		vmradatz
