I can play Futsal in any local unaffiliated league in any town through out the USA, and pay money and get accepted to any Futsal Tournament. The only way I will not get accepted is if there are too many or not enough teams in that particular age, gender, for that bracket in that  tournament . USFF & the Super F do not exclude teams who participate in each other’s league. (I know of a team that played in both “National” Tournaments during 2007!

As for the National Team I spoke with Keith Tozer personally and he told me he will take any player that can play Futsal better then the 12 he has. He did not say this, but I will bet that he does not ask what Futsal League do they come from or are affiliated with! I am sure if 4 players came form the SFL and 4 from USFF and they were US Citizens and they played better Futsal then the MISL players he will take them no questions asked.

Now that is how I see Futsal is in this country! We have grown so quickly that we have 2 different National Associations, how many does Soccer have, USSF, US Club Soccer, US Youth Soccer, AYSO, Local City Recreational leagues, so why should Futsal be any different and only have one?

Keep playing FUTSAL and let’s all work on developing players that will only play FUTSAL , and Soccer will only be played for “FUN” for our FUTSAL players, that’s the goal for Futsal in the USA!

No one has to “qualify” to play in either of the 2 Largest Futsal “National” Tournaments, sign up early and pay the fees and you will be in a National Tournament, it is just that easy!
